Next, the repair technician will sand and repaint the surface if the surface is badly scratched or the paint is peeled off. It's important to sand and repaint the dented area. Otherwise, it could become a very rusty spot in a year or two. The paint on the vehicle has to be matched, which often results in contacting the manufacturer of the vehicle to get exactly the right color of paint. Then your car is polished and ready to go.
